Medix is looking to hire a Psychiatric Technician or LVN for a full time position in Ventura County.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a caseload of 15 patients
- Age group : 60 and older
- Acuity level : moderate to high
- Meeting with each patient once a week, assisting with doctors appointments and any forms / applications as needed.
- Utilize a company-provided vehicle to visit the clients and escort them to their appointments.
- Provide post visit documentation and update patient charts.
