Title : Senior Program Manager
Day to Day :
- Supervise clinicians, including Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs) and non-licensed staff.
- Handle intake processes, address client concerns, and ensure smooth daily operations of the program.
- Manage diverse client needs, many of whom come from high-level care or probation backgrounds.
- Lead group and individual sessions, as well as 3rd party meetings and ongoing care coordination.
- Ensure clients attend a minimum amount of programming weekly and their required individual sessions.
