Senior Scientist – Protein & IVD R&D
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to lead R&D efforts for reagent development and IVD assay innovations, ensuring seamless technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
Responsibilities :
- Develop reagents (e.g., antibodies, proteins) for Biomarker / IVD assays.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product development goals.
- Oversee the transition of reagents to manufacturing, including QC procedures.
- Mentor team members and troubleshoot challenges in reagent development.
