Job Description
Responsibilities / Job Duties :
Regional Sales Manager will promote the sale of all company products as an outside sales representative. Products will include small and large group benefit lines. Sales will be made to brokers in the assigned territory. This will be accomplished through presentations to brokers in the territory as well as presentations to key industry brokers and small business owners. Will also work with and develop relationships with Carrier partners to increase distribution of products assigned territory.
Regional Sales Manager will work with the Director of Field Sales to develop key sales techniques to be used for both broker and client presentations. Will assist brokers with creatively designing presentations, which can be implemented when presenting to end users (business owners), ultimately increasing sales of Word and Brown General Agency’s products. Will also conduct seminars for various broker audiences. Will interface heavily with an inside sales representative to enhance a team sales effort. On-site or remote regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned. This position will require extensive day travel.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements :
Schedule / Shift : M-F, 8am-5pm
