Location: Onsite; must be able to work from one of the following locations:

Schedule: 40 hour work week
- Monday-Friday, primarily 1st shift (6am-3pm CDT)
- Must be able to cover occasional 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Overview: As a Telemedicine Physician in Occupational Health, you will provide remote medical care to employees, assisting with occupational health assessments, medical evaluations, and treatment recommendations. This role involves working closely with employees and business partners to promote health, safety, and well-being in the workplace, while ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote medical consultations and assessments for occupational health-related concerns.
- Conduct virtual health screenings, including pre-employment assessments and post-injury evaluations.
- Evaluate and manage non-occupational injuries and illnesses, offering treatment recommendations and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with HR, Safety, and other departments to manage disability, workers' compensation cases, and return-to-work planning.
- Offer guidance on health and wellness initiatives, supporting a safe and healthy workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies related to occupational health.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- Three to five years (or more) of telemedicine and either urgent care, ER, family medicine, or occupational health experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and colleagues.
- Ability to champion and lead change within work groups and departments.
- Demonstrates innovative and strategic thinking.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid medical license in the state(s) of practice.
- Previous experience in telemedicine, urgent care, or occupational health is preferred.
Salary : $96 - $120
