We are seeking a talented Nurse Practitioenr or Physician Assistant to join a well-established team at a vibrant Family Medicine clinic located in Monsey, NY.

Requirements:
- Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY
- Primary Care/Family Medicine experience- required
- Energetic personality!
Schedule:
Following schedules available:
- Monday-Friday: 2PM-8PM- Preferable
- 2 12-hour shifts 1 afternoon shift
