Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit proficiency in planning and implementing care for residents.
- Oversee primary care-related consultations effectively.
- Engage with patients experiencing acute issues and develop comprehensive follow-up strategies.
- Prescribe and analyze laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to identify underlying infections or abnormalities.
- Administer medications and pharmaceuticals as appropriate.
- Achieve informed diagnoses by leveraging medical expertise and patient medical history.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Directors and Registered Nurses to cultivate a high-performing medical team.
- Foster a culture of trust and compassion with patients, their families, and the medical team.
- Possession of a valid New York Nurse Practitioner license.
- Board Certification is mandatory.
