We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Brooklyn NY. As a Nurse Practitioner you will play a crucial role in providing highquality healthcare services to patients.

Full scope of primary care for our geriatric patients within long term care facilities.

  • Ok with nursing home setting
  • Great bedside manner
