Responsibilities:
Full scope of virtual patient care to geriatric patients.
Requirements
- Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY
- At least 1 year of experience working as an NP/PA
- Credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid
- Bilingual to Russian, Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali a MUST
- Telehealth experience- preferred
