We are seeking a Part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Lexingon, Kentucky. Salary and Compensation:

As an NP, you will:
- Participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds.
- You will establish a plan of care
- Change dressings
- Perform medically necessary debridement.
- Valid NP License in the State of Kentucky
- Wound Care Certification (preferred)
- Wound Care experience (preferred but not necessary – Company will provide all training)
2-3 days per week
Salary and Compensation:
- A competitive base salary ranging $70,000 - $80,000
