Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. In this role, you will support multiple clients across diverse industries by crafting and executing impactful social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be a digital media expert with strong analytical skills, a flair for multimedia content creation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality control and delivering exceptional client results.

• Client Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop tailored social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their brand goals and target audiences.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely posting across clients’ social media platforms.
• Monitor platform trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Content Creation & Quality Control:
• Create, curate, and edit multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations) that aligns with each client's unique brand voice and messaging.
• Review, approve and schedule posts ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to refine and elevate content quality.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and evaluate campaign success.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, backed by data, to improve strategy and ROI.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports, highlighting key achievements and future growth opportunities.
• Client Communication & Thought Leadership:
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering authoritative communication and strategic insights during meetings and consultations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to provide clients with thought leadership.
• Develop innovative ideas to enhance clients’ online presence and engagement strategies.
• Multitasking & Project Management:
• Efficiently prioritize and manage social media tasks for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and exceed expectations.
  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in multimedia content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and animation.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality control in all scheduled and published content.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Authoritative communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and provide thought leadership to clients.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and associated tools (Sprout Social, etc.).
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• A portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns (preferred).
