Position Overview:
The Clinical Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our facilities, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. This role combines leadership, operational management, and a strong understanding of clinical practices to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, including HIPAA standards.
- Monitor clinical performance and patient satisfaction, addressing any issues to improve outcomes.
- Manage medical supplies and inventory to ensure the clinic is well-stocked and operational.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare administrative role.
- Previous experience in a primary or urgent care setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Medical Assistant experience a plus.
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare management systems. Experience with Athena a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
