Position Overview :
As the Director of Operations, you will :
- Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, staff performance, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to drive operational success and achieve organizational goals.
- Serve as a key leader, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Director of Operations , with a proven track record of managing multiple locations.
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience , with in-depth knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Must be willing to travel between clinics as needed.
