Job Title: Controls Engineer
Provide engineering support to maintain the controls and information system, as well as the Process Safety Management system. Create and implement new processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Ignition software.
- Maintain PLC program, database, and Information Systems for production PLC's.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and instrument problems.
- Design, test, troubleshoot, and oversee implementation of new processes. Design and install retrofits to existing systems.
- Create and implement new strategies and automation processes to improve process efficiency.
- Maintain quality assurance on control systems in manufacturing.
- Maintain facility equipment controls.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience with instrumentation & controls in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details while meeting deadlines of multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineering License.
- EIT (Engineering in Training) completion.
- Proficient in Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000, RSViewSE, Vantage Point, Historian, SQL.

The anticipated salary range is $77,480 - $112,320 per year, based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
