">- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve productivity, quality, and safety;
- Overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting;
- Administering daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment;
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members on complex issues;
- Working with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues;
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">- At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse setting;
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus;
- Basic skills in warehouse management, including inventory control and supply chain logistics;
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
