Job Summary
Medline Industries, LP is a leading provider of medical products and supplies to hospitals and healthcare facilities. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating warehouse machinery, moving materials around the facility, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This may include tasks such as unloading and scanning products, staging and loading items for shipping, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload and scan incoming products, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory updates.
Stage and load orders for shipment, adhering to production schedules and customer requirements.
Locate and retrieve products for distribution to production areas or shipping departments.
Operate hand trucks, carts, and other equipment to transport items efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, labels, and signage.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, making change, and operating a cash register (if applicable).
