The warehouse administrator oversees the daily operation of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures.
This role involves direct supervision of warehouse staff, reviewing operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and protection of equipment to optimize performance.
Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities.
Audit goods received into warehouse.

Complete routine paperwork accurately and on time.
Ensure accurate inventory and resolve warehouse-related issues with customer service.
Lead day-to-day activities of employees, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance as needed.
Maintain a safe work environment and provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
Work closely with the warehouse manager to drive continuous improvement and excellence in warehouse operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree a plus.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience with coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
At least 3 years of warehouse experience with basic skill level.
