About the Role
Medline Industries is seeking an AI Ops Engineer to ensure the smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI and machine learning solutions, including emerging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. This role focuses on operationalizing AI models at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance, while optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and IT teams, to support end-to-end AI operations in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
AI Model Deployment & Integration :
- Deploy and manage AI / ML models, including traditional machine learning and GenAI solutions (e.g., LLMs, RAG systems).
- Implement automated CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployment and scaling of AI models.
- Ensure efficient model integration into existing enterprise applications and workflows in collaboration with AI Engineers.
- Optimize AI infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The anticipated salary range for this position :
115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
