This role will help build, and lead the SAP Services Integration team and will be chartered with driving governance in the SAP Services space across all functional areas. The resource should be proficient in team building, partnering with business stakeholders to assess needs and manage expectations for solution delivery, introducing quality practices, and collaborating with various technology groups to optimize delivery and support results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the governance around SAP Services areas like Design standards, API build best practices, API performance testing, technical debt reduction across all SAP functional areas
- Provide leadership for API-related system performance initiatives like dashboarding SAP API performance metrics, driving remediation of API issues like latency, contract deviations.
- Work closely with the key business stakeholders, product owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and agile squads to enable the delivery of SAP Order-to-Cash centric business critical features to the Ecommerce B2B and B2C platforms
- Collaborate with the architecture team in devising the best architecture and designs with an emphasis on reusable business functions, and scalable highly available solutions
- Mentor and develop team members to enable professional development
- Assess and address team skill and knowledge gaps to ensure the team consistently has the knowledge, skills and experience to execute on roadmaps
- Work with manager on staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, development, and evaluation
- Experience working with a global IT team is preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position :
115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
