Medline Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Inventory Reconciliation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our inventory reconciliation teams, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, leadership, and analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the field inventory control teams to ensure timely reconciliation of inventory discrepancies while ensuring continuous improvement and streamlining of processes.
- Reconciles monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures timely completion of clearings and postings.
- Raise awareness among management peers on issues that include, but are not limited to, ongoing transactional concerns, SOP compliance concerns, and DC trend concerns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Develops and mentors staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
- Ensure compliance throughout the supply chain to all regulatory rules and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WMS, SAP, Labor Management and reporting systems.
- Experience with medical products, consumer packaged goods or other industries with case pick and re-pack.
