Job requirements :
- Complete national responsibility for one or more large healthcare systems.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the largest and most complex accounts in the organization.
- Involved in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Direct the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies and procedures that conform to broad corporate sales and marketing objectives. Develop and implement sales programs and direct the sales force.
- Work directly with Medline Sales Reps and managers that are responsible for healthcare accounts at the local level to implement contracts, programs and focus areas to grow sales and GM . Extensive travel to with Medline reps and managers.
- Monitor and distribute monthly reports, scorecards and specialized reports on contracts, programs and focus areas.
- Track sales performance against objectives and inform management of results. Work directly with other key sales personnel to launch new contracts and on any "save" opportunities to contracts under threat or loss.
- Educate and communicate activity and success. Manage client relationship.
- Develop and implement sales tools and programs.

- Bachelor's degree.required.
- Relevant Work Experience
- At least 6 years sales and / or account management experience.
- Experience selling to GPO's, academic medical centers and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN's).
- At least 4 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work
- Additional experience preparing business plans to align / support selling strategies.
- Experience applying knowledge of academic medical centers and developing sales programs to meet those needs.
- Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to various group sizes.

The anticipated salary range for this position :
132,600.00 - $199,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
