Job Overview

\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. This role will be responsible for supporting assigned sales programs, driving business results, and collaborating with internal divisions to monitor product costs and margins.
\Responsibilities

- Develop and implement plans of action to drive business results and optimize sales programs \
- Provide recommendations and critical thinking to identify opportunities for program improvement \
- Maintain accurate formularies for assigned programs, ensuring regular review of product cross-over and accuracy \
- Collaborate with internal divisions to monitor product costs and margins, analyze ordering patterns, and identify underperforming customer relationships and/or programs \
- Partner with Sales teams to provide program support and training, and gather feedback on areas for improvement \
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure program results are aligned with short- and long-term strategy \
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution \\/ul>\
- Bachelor's degree \
- At least two years of related experience \
- Proven track record of planning, managing, and developing initiatives to successful goal completion \
- Strong analytical and business skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making \\/ul>\
- Experience developing projects/initiatives that align with business goals and objectives \
- Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization \\/ul>\
