Job Summary
\We are seeking an experienced Sales Program Specialist to join our Homecare Business Development team at Medline Industries, LP.
\This role will be responsible for supporting assigned sales programs, driving business results, and collaborating with internal divisions to monitor product costs and margins.
\Key Responsibilities

- Support assigned programs by executing a plan of action to drive business results \
- Provide recommendations and critical thinking to identify opportunities for program optimization \
- Maintain set formularies for assigned programs ensuring regular review of product crosses and accuracy within the program formulary \
- Ensure appropriate stocking of all formulary products for assigned programs \
- Collaborate with internal divisions monitor product costs and margins, analyze ordering patterns, and identify underperforming customers relationships and/or programs \\/ul>\
- Bachelor's degree \
- At least two years of related experience \
- Ability and proven track record to plan, manage and develop initiatives to successful goal completion \
- Experience using business analytical skills \\/ul>\
