Shift Details: 9a-6p - Mon-Fri, Saturdays 9a-4p.

Schedule: Ideally, 5 days per week, with one Saturday every other week. May consider part-time candidates

Support Staff: Each location has two DA's scheduled per provider. There is an Ortho on staff 8 days a month. They also have additional Dentists employed as well
Department Description: 3 dental chairs, average 16-18 patients per day, all ages. Medicaid heavy population

EMR: Denticon

Skills Required: Bread and Butter Dentistry - Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, full/partial dentures. Would prefer implant restoration. Endo preferred, but can be flexible

Procedures: Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, full/partial dentures, etc
They use Wave One for Endo

License Required: Active NM license without restrictions - may consider licensing candidates
Certifications Required: BLS, DEA, CSR - 80% of patients are Medicaid, need to be enrolled, will help enroll if needed

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Expected hours: 40 per week
