Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Urgent Care facility, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and performing comprehensive physical examinations. Reporting to the medical director, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, basic life support, and medical terminology to ensure effective treatment plans. Your premium skills in triage, critical care experience, and familiarity with EHR systems like Epic will enhance patient outcomes. We seek a BC/BE certified professional who is dedicated to health coaching and committed to upholding HIPAA standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status.
• Administer injections and manage acute pain as needed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Provide health coaching and education to patients, promoting wellness and preventive care.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate data management and documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient management and triage as necessary.
• Maintain BLS certification and stay updated on best practices in urgent care.
