Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8 Hour Days)
CURRENTLY OFFERING $6,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Salary Range: $24.50 - $27.56/hour
- The Physical Therapy Assistant's (Home Health) primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist.
- The Assistant will treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with and approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant.
- The assistant will assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult, and geriatric.

- Must have permanent Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant or have Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure. - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- ***Will accept NEW GRADS.***
