Job Title : Bill Review Team Lead- BRT II
Location : Remote
GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Manage day-to-day operations of the medical bill review team to ensure SOPs are being followed and staff is aligned appropriately for the workload as defined in our clients’ SLAs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Manage day-to-day workflow of the medical bill review team to ensure the processes are being followed and timelines are met
- Develop and maintain roles & responsibilities and manage staff in the confines of those
- Manage staff overall effectiveness and performance (e.g. perform random sampling of bills for each user to ensure quality of the product)
- Develop and maintain SOPs and meet with staff regularly
- Provide department stats and observations monthly to management
- Front line review for client inquiries
- Perform regular trend analyses of staff and processes and suggest process and system improvements
- Ability to travel; if needed
- Other job duties as assigned
