Position includes the following Essential Tasks :
- Create Packets for Mailing
- Fold letters and stuff envelopes.
- Faxing, emailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.
- Opens incoming mail and processes it accordingly.
- Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
- Receives, identifies, and delivers incoming packages internally.
- Send UPS Packages as instructed.
- Opens, sorts and processes returned mail.
- Monitor shared email boxes and “Return to Sender” workflow.
- Send outgoing mail from Document Mgmt. email box.
Position also includes one or more of the following, but is not limited to :
Prints and sends EOB’s as instructed.
