Job Summary:
The VP of Sales will lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare analytics industry. This role involves targeting healthcare providers, payor organizations, and insurance companies, leveraging Medlyze’s payer analytics solutions to deliver value. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in healthcare sales, strong analytical acumen, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams in the data analytics space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives in payer analytics and healthcare data solutions.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and grow relationships with key decision-makers in provider organizations and health insurance companies.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop solutions concepts, and ensure alignment of sales strategies with market needs.
- Use data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of payer analytics, revenue cycle management, and healthcare reimbursement models.
- Proven ability to target and sell to healthcare providers and payor organizations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
