Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The Injection Mold Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality products efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to ensuring production processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of molds, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Document production data, including quantities produced, defects, and machine downtime.
- Assist in mold changeovers and setup procedures as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating injection molding machines.
- Experience with forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes to ensure product standards are met.
- Familiarity with CNC machining, micrometers, and hand tools for mold adjustments.
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and techniques.
- Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
