Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Sales Support Specialist, Surgery to join our dynamic team in Flowery Branch, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts in the surgical equipment and supplies sector, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive support for surgical equipment and supplies sales
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in the development and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and surgical advancements
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system
- Support the sales team in meeting targets and expanding market share
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the medical or surgical field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, particularly in surgery
- Excellent presentation and time management skills
- Understanding of surgical procedures and equipment
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in medical sales or healthcare industry (preferred)
