Job Description
- Support all employees with questions, training and guidance as needed
- Perform specialized tasks that require a deep understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
- Ensures completed customer orders are shipped without delay
- Responsible for inspecting goods for damage, documenting any issues, and ensuring damaged goods are handled appropriately
- Receives inbound goods into ERP system and stows in designation locations
- Assists with research of delivery note discrepancies
- Ensures proper paperwork is acquired for orders, foreign documents, shipping, instructions, etc.
- Reports damages and inventory discrepancies on inbound shipments
- Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
- Ensures the safety policies are followed throughout the warehouse
- Communicates supply requirements of packaging materials to Order Fulfillment Manager
- High level Mobisys user, with the ability to train and support Level One and Level Two employees
- Overseeing all activities, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, productivity is maximized, and operations are efficient.
- Miscellaneous administrative functions
- Assists Shipping Specialist, Shipment Planner and Production as needed
- General housekeeping duties as required for each area of work
Qualifications
Work experience: minimum of 5 years related experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Ability to communication effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers
- Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multi-task and operate efficiently despite frequent interruptions
