Job Description
Molina Healthcare of Virginia is seeking a skilled Network Contract Recruiter to perform targeted recruitment efforts aimed at closing network adequacy gaps for Medicare and Medicaid. In this role, you will evaluate provider networks and execute strategic plans to meet Molina’ s network adequacy standards.
You will be responsible for :
- Contracting & Negotiation : Utilizing Preferred, Acceptable, Discouraged, and Unacceptable (PADU) guidelines to contract and negotiate provider agreements.
- Provider Engagement : Clearly and professionally communicating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
- Strategic Recruitment : Collaborating with business analysts and network directors to streamline provider applications for submission to CMS, including completing exception request templates with the necessary CMS data elements.
