We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with expertise in wound care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of wound care management and treatment, including chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and surgical wound complications. Location : Metro Detroit
Pay Rate : $130, 000- $150, 000 dependent upon experience
Daily Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds, including diagnosis and development of individualized care plans.
- Perform advanced wound care procedures, including but not limited to debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound prevention and management strategies.
- Monitor and document wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and durable medical equipment as appropriate.
- Stay updated on the latest wound care practices and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
