MedNOW Clinics needs a dedicated person to building our marketing strategies, online presence and customer service to help bring awareness of our clinics to the communities we serve. This role will also support the efforts of the Administration team that oversees all twelve clinic locations.
Responsibilities:
It is a Full-Time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. While MedNOW fully promotes a healthy work-life balance and personal life boundaries, we do not allow working remotely or from home in order to provide the best patient experience for our customers and a robust teamwork environment based on daily team and inter-departmental interactions.
Compensation Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year salary

Full Job Description:
MedNOW Clinics needs a dedicated person to building our marketing strategies, online presence and customer service to help bring awareness of our clinics to the communities we serve. This role will also support the efforts of the Administration team that oversees all twelve clinic locations.
Responsibilities:
- Produce / Manage the design of all marketing materials
- Management and Media Advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Next Door, LinkedIn, and any other platforms with online presence.
- Keep MedNOW website up to date.
- Build on searchability in platforms such as Google.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data data and present recommendations to executive management.
- Design, order, and coordinate installation of new, permanent, or temporary signage as needed.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain
- Create and manage patient prospect database and conduct online research
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing
- Excellent writing / verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office / 365 including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and/or Google Docs. Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Medical Field Marketing Experience Preferred
