Medical Surgical (RN) - Multiple floors available

• 1yrs - Med-Surg Acute Care experience - May consider 9mo experience
• May need to float onsite within skill-set
• Ratio: 1-6

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a step-down unit, monitoring and assessing patients' conditions
• Administer medications, perform IV insertions, and assist with catheterizations as needed.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient care coordination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing care to deliver high-quality services.

Pay:

• $1800-$2000 - Travel
• Local rates available

Contract Length:

• 13-Week

Start Date:

• 2 weeks from the offer

Shift:

• 12hr Night Shift (36hrs) 18:45 - 07:15
• Rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
• Holidays per unit rotation

Certifications:

• RN, BLS required - may need ACLS depending on floor
