Summary
We are a small but rapid growing Cosmetics/Skincare Contract Manufacturing company located in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate in our cosmetics Fulfillment facility (pick, pack, and ship) in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate must have a great attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of responsibility and ownership, ability to motivate a performance-driven team and provide excellent customer service. Candidate also must have Ship Station experience and Forklift Certified.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Process, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using ShipStation.
Inventory Management: Receive, unload, and organize inventory; perform regular stock counts.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
Shipping & Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and quality checks.
Quality Assurance: Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Collaborate with Customer Service, team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse operations; knowledge of ShipStation is required.
Must be forklift certified and proficient in forklift operation.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess excellent problem-solving skills
Working in a professional manner and working well with others
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
