Job Purpose : The Proposal Writer is responsible for preparing client project proposals, including pricing, and collaborating with the Technical and Business Development colleagues. This role plays a key part in securing new business, ensuring proposals align with client needs and company strategy from lead identification to contract signature.
Summary of Key Responsibilities :
- Proposal Development
Prepare client proposals and change orders in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client expectations.
Maintain and update the CRM database in real time, ensuring accurate tracking of the business development process from the time when proposals are requested to signed won.
Work closely with Project Managers and Resourcing to establish project timelines that align with client and operational requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in proposal development and pricing strategies.
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations (H&SAW Act and COSHH) and company policies.
