Overview
We are seeking a FRIENDLY, dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. Duties
- Create a caring environment where patients love to bring their family.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions across the lifespan.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, including laboratory work.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage outpatient services, including follow-up visits and ongoing health management.
- Participate in utilization review processes to ensure effective use of healthcare resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner.
Skills
