Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, HIT Operations, the Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with management and key leaders across all departments to identify project requirements, assign and track individual responsibilities and project resources, develop a project schedule, and set deadlines. This position is primarily responsible for effective planning, management, and implementation of highly visible projects that will improve enterprise infrastructure and promote change and improvement throughout the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-departmental projects in support of HIT Operation’s strategic efforts.
- Create and maintain project tracker/calendar to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved timely.
- Monitor the progress of all projects and adjust as needed.
- Establish and/or revise existing company policies and procedures as determined by project development.
- Assess and communicate project risks/issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create and communicate project documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics to all stakeholders.
- Research, gather, and analyze data to prepare reports for review and action by leadership team.
- Independently facilitate and lead project related meetings.
- Provide frequent, detailed communication to business owners on project development and status.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
- Attend any departmental or Client/Health Plan meeting applicable to active projects.
- Pursue self-study in areas regarding best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements that could benefit own role, as well as enterprise operations.
- Undertake other project tasks and responsibilities as required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- 2 years of project-based work experience, PMP certification preferred
- Experience with writing formal documents and policies
- Experience working with EZCAP, Smartsheet, and Tableau preferred

Salary Range:
- $85,000 - $100,000 annually
