As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Fuel Client Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-selling and upselling innovative compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting MedPro Disposal’s comprehensive healthcare compliance solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Identify client pain points, present tailored solutions, and clearly articulate contract terms and service offerings.
- Client Retention & Expansion: Proactively monitor client accounts, mitigate churn risks, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Effective Problem Resolution: Resolve client issues efficiently while balancing business goals and customer satisfaction.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track interactions, sales progress, and client feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to ensure exceptional client service and support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about healthcare compliance trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development; healthcare industry experience is a significant plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and a data-driven approach to sales strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and close deals.
- Self-Motivation & Drive: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and exceed targets.
- Client-Centric Approach: A passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills to address client concerns effectively.
