Position Summary
Are you a motivated outbound sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Do you have a passion for identifying opportunities and closing deals? If so, MedPro Disposal is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team onsite in Naperville, IL.

In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting new business, making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and driving revenue by closing sales. We’re seeking individuals with a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the drive to exceed goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and target prospective customers through online research, cold calling, networking, and outbound campaigns
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads and present MedPro’s value proposition
  • Develop strong client relationships and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Deliver compelling product demos and tailored sales presentations
  • Actively manage and follow up on all sales leads via phone, email, and CRM tools (Velocify, Outreach, Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Close new business by understanding client needs and offering custom solutions
  • Upsell and cross-sell ancillary services to existing accounts
  • Stay current on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth sales cycle and customer onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in outbound or inside sales roles
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling to multi-location accounts or in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate business and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and outreach tools like Velocify or Outreach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required

  • Base salary uncapped commission (On-target earnings: $75K–$100K annually)
