This is a fully onsite role based in Naperville, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-potential distributor partners within the healthcare IT and SaaS space.
- Conduct strategic outreach to initiate conversations with prospective partners, building rapport and piquing interest in MedPro's solutions.
- Execute effective onboarding and engagement strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified distributor leads.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Partnerships teams to hand off qualified opportunities for closure.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential partners.
- Deliver resources and training to prospects as needed to help them understand our platform’s impact.
- Track outreach efforts, responses, and relationship progress through CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and partner needs to inform engagement strategies.
- Support sales pipeline development and help refine our partner engagement strategies based on market feedback.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, partner engagement, or sales support—experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or compliance solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship-building.
- A team player with a self-starter attitude and high level of initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and other sales enablement tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Interest in long-term career growth into a direct sales or account executive role.
- Competitive Earnings: Base salary with OTE of $75K-$100K , with uncapped commission potential based on lead conversions.
