In this role you will…
- Support deployment of laptops and end user desk setups.
- Assist with application installation, usage, problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite and over the phone technical support and assistance to MedPro Group end users while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active pursuit of Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree with at least one year completed.
- Mandatory computer skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Preferred computer skills: SharePoint (ability to edit web pages & templates).
- Project management or business analyst skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties.
- Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
