Job Description
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with relevant experience. Current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT is also required.
