Job Description:
As a Medical Imaging Specialist with MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, you will be responsible for operating complex medical imaging equipment and producing high-quality images of patients' internal structures. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label accordingly
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical functions
Requirements:
• Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
