About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a key member of our allied health staff, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the IR team and performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures according to physician specifications
- Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts
- Assist physicians with various diagnostic and interventional procedures, monitoring patient response and maintaining sterile fields
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current license in good standing
- Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
- At least 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience, preferably in a critical care setting
