**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Interventional Radiology Tech to provide technical assistance to the IR team and perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts according to physician specifications and/or orders.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist the physician with the performance of various diagnostic and interventional procedures
* Monitor, pass instruments and catheters, observe patient response to procedure, maintain sterile field, interpret and evaluate diagnostic data to be utilized by the physician
* Comply with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines
* Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
* Maintain an environment of excellence, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care
* Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly
**Requirements:**
* Current License in good standing
* Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
* Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
