Job Description
As a travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing treatment plans to address their rehabilitation needs. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate physical therapy into overall patient care
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT
- Current CPR certification
