Responsibilities:
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to safely operate MRI scanners.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Position patients and coils on a table that slides inside the MRI scanner.
- Set technical parameters, operate MRI scanners, and observe image data during scans.
Requirements:
- Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
- Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
